Townhouse and Condo Gutter Cleaning: What's Included
Every cleaning covers the gutters and the downspouts. Debris is hand scooped, downspouts are flushed, and minor repairs like sealant and hangers are included at no extra charge. If we find something bigger, like a failing section of gutter, we tell you and quote it separately. Nothing gets added without your approval.
We won't leave a mess. Debris is bagged and hauled, not left in the beds, walkways, or parking areas. Attached townhouses, garden-style condo buildings, and multi-story residential buildings are all scoped during the walkthrough, including roof access and any obstacles around the buildings.

ClearFlow is licensed and insured (PA HIC #PA194209), and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request. You deal with Joe directly. He owns and runs the business, he does the walkthrough himself, and if you call and he misses it, you get a call back. Joe is a Marine veteran and a volunteer firefighter.

A community can add gutter guards to cut down on how often buildings need service, especially under heavy tree cover. We install Hallett Gutter Supply guards backed by a 20-year material and finish warranty. Guards reduce cleanings, but depending on the trees around your buildings, some may still need an occasional cleaning, and we will give you a straight answer on that during the walkthrough.
